Frinton's larger houses and conservation area
Frinton was developed as a quiet, select resort from the late Victorian period onwards, and much of the town near the Greensward and the Esplanade is made up of substantial Edwardian and interwar houses. Large parts of the town are covered by conservation area controls. These homes often have long cable runs, several earlier alterations and outbuildings or garages with their own supplies.
- Rewires and partial rewires in large detached homes with complex layouts
- Tracing and labelling circuits that have been altered by successive owners
- Keeping visible changes discreet where conservation area rules apply
- Supplies to detached garages, studios and garden rooms
